Jody Jo was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. He has been singing and rapping as long as he can remember, but it wasn’t until a few years ago that he started taking his music from a hobby to a career. He met Dre Lavelle and founded Levitated Minds. Jody Jo’s quiet demeanor off-stage doesn’t represent him on stage. His aggressive vocal skills make him standout in the rap industry. Because of his aggressive style on stage, he brings a different “frequency,” as he calls it, to the industry.

He and Dre have opened up for multiple artists such as 2Chainz, Lil Baby, Yella Beezy, just to name a few.
